Today I’ll be sharing with you a really interesting conversation I had with a married couple who also happen to be entrepreneurs. We talked about their interesting backgrounds, their experiences, and the things they are working on right now. Alexandra Jamieson is a health coach, mentor, and life coach to professional women who want to have it all. She's also the bestselling author of "Women, Food, and Desire: Honor Your Cravings, Embrace Your Desires, Reclaim Your Body.” Alexandra is also the co-creator and co-star of the Oscar-nominated documentary "Super Size Me" and a highly sought-after wellness expert. I also interviewed her husband Bob Gower who helps organisations move faster and create better products. He is also an authority on agile software development, lean theory, and responsive organisational design. Bob is also the author of "Agile Business: A Leader’s Guide to Harnessing Complexity.” Bob speaks regularly on organisational development and leadership. The couple also shared a project they’re really excited about—a book they wrote and worked on together called “Getting to Hell Yes.” One of the book’s primary aims is to help individuals and organisations make better decisions and lead and communicate more effectively.
