Dealing with Anxiety I am definitely not an expert on this topic and may one day interview one. But today I want to give you my advice for dealing with anxiety and stress, especially when it stems from a relationship or conversation you are having with someone - whether spouse, friend or colleague. In this episode I discuss the importance of meditation, writing, social interaction (talking to friends), having the conversation, exercise and examining the root of your emotions (why do you feel the way you do?). These are all important things you can do to help you deal with stress and anxiety. I hope this helps. Enjoy!
